New infrastructure and projects partner joins Fasken

 Fasken announced the arrival of new partner Adam Lewinberg, joining the infrastructure and projects group in the Toronto office.

According to Fasken’s news release Lewinberg’s practice focuses on complex procurement, large multifaceted construction projects and structured finance, including public private partnership/alternative finance (P3/AFP) and large complex linear construction projects. 

He has worked on projects in the transportation, social infrastructure and energy sectors, including roads, tunnels, bridges, light rail, rail, district energy, energy distribution, hospitals, libraries, courthouses, housing, roads and data centres and across geographies, having worked in jurisdictions across Canada and the United States, including northern Canada and other remote areas. 

“We are pleased to welcome Adam to the Fasken team. He brings a depth of experience to our infrastructure and projects group that will be of great benefit to our clients,” Martin Denyes, regional managing partner, Ontario Region, said in the news release.
