IMK Advocates adds associate

IMK Advocates announced that Vanessa Ntaganda has joined the firm as an associate.

The firm’s press release notes that Ntaganda has a general practice in civil and commercial litigation. Moreover, she collaborates in many files involving public law issues. During her studies, she worked as a research assistant for many professors and acquired relevant experience in constitutional law, more specifically in human rights and civil liberties as well as in linguistic rights.

Ntaganda joined IMK as a summer student in 2018. She then articled and clerked at the Quebec Court of Appeal for Justice Stéphane Sansfaçon. In August 2022, she will begin a clerkship with Justice Suzanne Côté at the Supreme Court of Canada.
