Courts clarify municipal role in marijuana business regulation

The Cannabis Act, known more formally as Bill C-45, was introduced by our federal government on April 13, representing the latest development in marijuana’s evolution from illegal narcotic, to legitimized medicine, to (come July 2018) legal intoxicant.
