Alberta research project aims to study impact of unbundled legal services

Access to justice has become a hot topic for legal communities across Canada and one idea promoted to help alleviate this problem is to have lawyers provide unbundled services.

However, no studies have been done on the impact of unbundling and how it can help lawyers and their clients and possibly lessen the large number of self-represented litigants in the court system.
