Christina Kobi has returned to her first law firm, Minden Gross LLP. She is a partner in the firm’s commercial leasing group.

Kobi started out at Minden Gross in 2003 and worked there until 2015. After a 20-month stint at McLean & Kerr, she returned to Minden Gross on April 10 as a full equity partner.

Kobi specializes in all aspects of commercial leasing (including retail, office and industrial) and in areas such as development agreements for rooftop solar leases/licences, telecommunications licence agreements and tenancy matters.

She is a ranked lawyer in both The Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory and Best Lawyers in Canada for property leasing.

Kobi has expertise in sophisticated and volume leasing for major developers and in managing and co-ordinating major lease-related projects, including due diligence lease reviews and in sale/leaseback transactions. She acts for national property managers, international retailers, national banks, developers, landlords, tenants, franchisors and franchisees.
