Rather, that’s a direct quote from recent research (Amplifying the voice of the client in law firms) by our publisher, LexisNexis. It was based on interviews with partners or heads of support services from law firms, as well as general counsel and other executives working with business clients. The study cites “unambiguous evidence” of an intolerable chasm between large law firms and their clients.
