Blaney McMurtry welcomes new litigator

Blaney McMurtry welcomed Cristina Fulop to the firm as an associate.

According to the firm’s press release, Fulop is developing a broad litigation practice that encompasses commercial disputes, health and insurance law. She has assisted regulated health professionals navigate numerous professional liability claims and regulatory college matters. She also brings experience gained supporting counsel at tribunals and at all levels of court in Ontario.

Fulop holds a B.Sc. in human kinetics from the University of Ottawa (2007) and a J.D. from the University of Windsor/University of Detroit Mercy dual J.D. program.

During law school, she received academic awards for highest standing in law of emerging mobility technologies and civil trial advocacy. She was an active member of her law school community and served as executive articles editor of the Windsor Review of Legal and Social Issues.
