Saskatchewan, law society to study feasibility of non-lawyers providing legal services

The government of Saskatchewan announced last week the creation of a team that will examine the possibility of having non-lawyers provide legal services.

The Legal Service Task Team is a joint project between the Ministry of Justice and the Law Society of Saskatchewan. The task team comprises a number of experienced lawyers, legal professionals and members of the public.
