Ontario Court of Appeal orders new trial in search and seizure case

An acquittal has been overturned and a new trial has been ordered in a search and seizure case involving a computer containing child pornography.

R. v. Reeves 2017 ONCA 365 arose from a case heard at the Ontario Court of Justice on Nov. 3, 2015, R. v. Reeves 2015 ONCJ 724.
