Law Commission of Ontario hires environmental law specialist to head project

The Law Commission of Ontario (LCO) announced that Ramani Nadarajah will be joining the LCO to lead its Environmental Accountability: Rights, Responsibilities and Access to Justice project.

According to the LCO’s press release, Nadarajah is currently senior counsel with the Canadian Environmental Law Association (CELA) and is certified by the Law Society of Ontario as a specialist in environmental law.

The release adds that Nadarajah has extensive experience in litigation, policy development and law reform in the government, and non-governmental sectors. She will be joining the LCO in January 2022.
