Dear Editor:

I agree wholeheartedly with the observations of Darryl Singer in his article. The very fact that there is no method to allow me to file documents, electronically, at the courthouse borders the surreal.

There is one other aspect, however, that has complicated this. Judges used to decide cases. And maybe there was a pretrial ahead of time. But now, I have to attend a conference (scheduled length of 45 minutes, available some three months away) before I can even bring a motion. The tone...
