Decorum essential in board meetings

If you’re sitting in a boardroom in North Korea and getting a little fed up, for heaven’s sake don’t nod off. According to news reports, the country’s vice-premier, Kim Yong Jin, was executed by firing squad for dozing off at a session presided over by leader Kim Jong Un.

In Canada, thankfully, the punishment for such a transgression is considerably less. However, it does raise the question of what’s good and bad etiquette when sitting on a board.
