China eases towards more Western investment

China is slowly rolling out the welcome mat to companies from other countries. The most recent indication of this is the Chinese government’s announcement that it will be cutting red tape and making it easier for what it calls foreign invested enterprises to set up shop in the world’s biggest marketplace.
