Battle over law school sex policy looks headed for Supreme Court

Trinity Western University’s win at the British Columbia Court of Appeal makes it more likely the fierce constitutional battle over its proposed law school will be resolved in a Supreme Court case that is expected to shed new light on the principle of “state neutrality” toward religion and on how administrative decision-makers should balance competing Charter values such as equality and freedom of religion.
