Marijuana use and workplace terminations

Legislation permitting marijuana use will come into effect by July 1, 2018.

Some studies show there will be no increase of marijuana use outside the workplace. Similarly, in the workplace, there may be no noticeable change in the numbers of employees using marijuana.
