LSUC approves Indigenous framework, introduces review panel for hearing processes

The Law Society of Upper Canada has taken steps to prioritize reconciliation with Indigenous peoples by approving a framework to guide its work with this community.

The framework is made up of four pillars and was presented by Dianne Corbiere, co-chair of the Equity and Indigenous Affairs Committee, at Convocation on June 29.
