Proposals to rebuild environmental assessment and regulation don't go far enough: association

A federal government discussion paper that outlines proposals to undo some of the controversial changes on environmental assessment and regulation made in 2012 by its predecessor shows promise but fails to introduce “once-in-a-generation” improvements, says the Canadian Environmental Law Association.
