Wills and estates bar needs to rethink its approach to marketing

For the last decade — and probably longer — the surveys have been saying the same thing. A 2013 CIBC survey put the number at “about 50 per cent,” while a 2012 LawPRO survey claimed that 56 per cent of Canadians did not have a will in place.
