Swabuck joins WEL Partners as associate

WEL Partners has announced that Alexander J. Swabuck is its newest associate.

Swabuck practises exclusively in the areas of estates, trust, capacity, fiduciary and power of attorney litigation.

He represents beneficiaries, trustees, executors, powers of attorney, individuals found to be incapable of handling their own property or personal care, and their family members.

Swabuck graduated from Simon Fraser University with a bachelor of arts degree in criminology and then obtained his juris doctorate from the University of Windsor.

During law school, Swabuck assisted with the Walsh Family Moot and was a student clerk for Justice Lynda S. Ross at the Ontario Court of Justice.

He was called to the bar in 2017.
