Boyd new partner with Miller Thomson's Toronto office

Keegan Boyd is a new partner in Miller Thomson's Toronto office.

Boyd brings a pragmatic and business-minded approach to the practice of law. He passionately represents the interests of his clients, both inside and outside the courtroom. He has a broad litigation practice with an emphasis on complex commercial disputes, professional liability and health law.

Boyd's commercial litigation experience includes contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, product liability claims, engineering and infrastructure disputes, employment litigation, financial services litigation and class actions.

He regularly defends professionals against allegations of professional misconduct and negligence in both civil and regulatory contexts.

Boyd received a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from McGill University in 2004. He earned a master's from York University's Schulich School of Business in 2008 and a juris doctor from Osgoode Hall also in 2008. He was admitted to the Ontario bar in 2009.
