Court rejects attempt to dismiss applications targeting government's pesticide registration process

A Federal Court case management judge has allowed two applications that seek to protect bees from neonicotinoid pesticides to move forward, rejecting motions brought by Health Canada and four chemical companies that they should be dismissed.
