Class action against BlackBerry to decide whether employees were fired or resigned

A hearing to determine whether a lawsuit launched by employees of BlackBerry Ltd. in February can proceed as a class action is scheduled for April 4-6, 2018, in Ottawa.

Andrew Reinholdt, Nelligan O'Brien Payne LLPOntario Superior Court Justice Michel Charbonneau on July 11 endorsed the timetable for hearings and the delivery of documents leading up to the certification motion next spring.
