What Bill 28 means to sperm donor pregnancies and surrogacy

The recent amendments to the Children’s Law Reform Act acknowledge the reality of family formation using assisted reproduction.

Bill 28, a.k.a. All Families Are Equal Act, is incorporated into the Children’s Law Reform Act  as Part I, titled "Parentage". The amended Children’s Law Reform Act  became enforceable on Jan. 1 (amended CLRA).
