Jennifer Stam has joined Goldman Sloan Nash & Haber LLP (GSNH) as counsel.

Formerly a partner at Gowling WLG, Stam brings experience in recapitalizations, acquisitions, commercial financing transactions, receivership proceedings and corporate and insolvency restructurings to GSNH's restructuring and insolvency group. Her roles include acting as counsel for debtors, secured and unsecured lenders and bondholders, and monitors. Stam has served as company counsel to Nortel Networks during its restructuring.

"We are very proud to have an insolvency lawyer of Jennifer's calibre joining our group. I have personally witnessed her formidable abilities and know that she will excel here. The addition of Jennifer will enhance our ability to act for clients in a broad range of insolvency matters, including complex cases," said GSNH restructuring and insolvency group member Michael Rotsztain.
