Toronto school board tech ban legal, but raises other issues: Queen's professor

The Toronto District School Board (TDSB) recently enacted a ban on the use of certain social media sites on schools' Wi-Fi networks, and a Queen's University professor says such bans are likely legal but raise a number of other issues.
