Canada Revenue Agency offers voluntary disclosure for non-compliant charities

The Minister of National Revenue announced changes to the Canada Revenue Agency’s Voluntary Disclosures Program (VDP) on June 9, 2017, by publishing two documents outlining the proposed changes as of Jan. 1, 2018: the Draft Information Circular IC00-1R6 Voluntary Disclosures Program and the Draft GST/HST Memorandum 16.5 Voluntary Disclosures Program.
