Lawyers concerned over proposed changes to Ontario's impaired driving rules

Ontario has proposed new measures on alcohol- and drug-impaired driving ahead of the legalization of marijuana, but legal experts are raising concerns about the accuracy of the tests proposed under the new regime and the constitutionality of some of its provisions.
