I look forward to working closely with PCP to both explore investment opportunities and provide strategic and operational advice to existing portfolio companies."

Dr. Sheldon Elman, founding partner of PCP, welcomed Steinberg to PCP.

"Norm brings with him an extensive knowledge base and a deep network of relationships across Canada and internationally, cultivated over his nearly 40-year career as a trusted adviser to Canada's largest corporations," he said. "Norm's experience will be invaluable as we continue to see expanding opportunities across Canada and internationally for our portfolio companies, and we are thrilled to welcome him to the team."
