Trans Mountain mega-judicial review highlights the politics of intervention

To say that the Canadian government’s approval of the Trans Mountain Pipeline Expansion project is controversial is an understatement. The project has precipitated a war of words between provincial, Indigenous and municipal leaders over whether it will ever see the light of day.
