The National Family Law Program is a biennial conference, organized by the Federation of Law Societies of Canada, that has become the premier forum for members of the family law bar to discuss developments in the law. It has consistently provided a special opportunity for the federal Department of Justice and the Canadian Research Institute for Law and the Family to obtain information on the experience and caseloads of family law lawyers and the judiciary.
