Ontario Court of Appeal rules on cohabitation agreement containing spousal support waiver

A cohabitation agreement waiving a claim for spousal support has been upheld by the Ontario Court of Appeal in a decision the appellant's counsel says has changed his perspective on clients signing agreements.
