Canada a 'hero' for settling with 'Sixties Scoop' adoptees, says lawyer

In reaching a compensation settlement with the "Sixties Scoop" adoptees, Canada is a “hero” and judicial pioneer when it comes to placing value on the cultural identity of children, says a lawyer at the nexus of the issue.
