Thursday, November 02, 2017 @ 1:14 PM | By Carolyn Gruske

Daniel Wilband is the newest associate in the Nova Scotia office of Pink Larkin.

Wilband clerked for Justices Robert J. Sharpe, Paul S. Rouleau and Lois B. Roberts of the Court of Appeal for Ontario before joining the firm.

Wilband practises labour and employment law and articled with a Toronto-based union-side labour law firm where he gained experience with human rights, professional regulation, constitutional and administrative law cases in addition to labour law.

While in law school, he was co-chair of the labour law portfolio in the McGill Human Rights Working Group and a volunteer with Project Genesis, a community organization in Montreal, providing the service’s users with legal help in house, welfare, public pensions and family allowances.
