Wildeboer Dellelce buys into financial services company

Monday, November 06, 2017 @ 2:11 PM | By Carolyn Gruske

Corporate finance and tax law firm Wildeboer Dellelce LLP has acquired 50 per cent of Toronto-based corporate services and bookkeeping provider Numeric Answers Limited.

In addition to basic bookkeeping, Numeric offers payroll, accounting, controllership, financial strategies, tax compliance, and audit preparation assistance.

As a result of the acquisition process, Numeric will now be known as WD Numeric Corporate Services — which fits in with the firm’s branding model — and an off-shoot of the legal firm, known as the WD Group of Companies, was created. Wildeboer Dellelce already operates WCM Capital, a mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory company created in 2009 by the law firm, but now it will be called WD Capital Markets.

“In a rapidly changing legal services marketplace, we recognize that law firms must be creative and innovative in the servicing of their clients. The establishment of the WD Group of Companies is one of the many ways that Wildeboer Dellelce continues to be a leader in providing exceptional value-added service to its clients. Our partnership with Numeric will offer bookkeeping, accounting and audit management services, as well as corporate maintenance and governance support, administration and financial advisory services,” said Perry Dellelce, managing partner of Wildeboer Dellelce LLP and chair of the WD Group of Companies.
