McCarthy Tétrault adds equity partner

In joining McCarthy Tétrault LLP’s international trade and investment law and retail and consumer market groups, Martha Harrison has become the firm’s newest equity partner.

Harrison practises international trade and customs law with an additional emphasis on regulatory, government relations, contracting, and international arbitration matters. She has handled files involving anti-dumping and countervailing issues, import and export controls and foreign investment in addition to issues regarding product regulation in Canada, including standards, packaging and labelling, importing and exporting issues and transportation matters. Harrison has expertise in advising clients in the power, mining, oil and gas, retail and consumer markets and technology sectors. She is bilingual in English and French.
