Kelling joins Miller Thomson as counsel

Miller Thomson announced that Bryan Kelling has joined the firm's Vaughan office as counsel.
   
Kelling is a member of the corporate and mergers and acquisitions practice. 

He has over 25 years’ experience both as in-house counsel and outside counsel, advising on a diverse variety of domestic and international transactions and business relationships, including mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, domestic and international joint ventures, securitizations and syndications, lending, equipment leasing and other financial services.

Kelling has been a member of the Ontario bar since 1985. 

He graduated from the University of Waterloo in 1982 with a bachelor or arts in mathematics and obtained his law degree in 1983 from Osgoode Hall Law School.
