Michael Agosti has joined Dentons’ Ottawa office as a senior business adviser in the government affairs and public policy group.

A former senior government official, Agosti will provide advocacy, communications and strategic public affairs advice to Canadian, American and global clients relating to their dealings with the government of Canada, federal agencies and other levels of government.
Agosti worked with the government of Alberta as a senior adviser to the Department of Energy. He was also a Global Affairs Canada policy adviser in the Greater China division, the international crime and terrorism division, the Africa bureau and Canada’s consulate in Taiwan.
A Mandarin speaker, Agosti also has experience in public affairs in the China region
He's a graduate of the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs in Ottawa.
