Alberta cannabis framework notable for flexibility, hybrid purchase options: experts

Alberta has joined other provinces in outlining how it will control cannabis as the clock ticks toward legalization of the drug next July, but the provincial government is differing in its approach compared to its counterparts in Ontario and Quebec by allowing private sales.
