Ontario Court of Appeal dismisses case on religious accommodation in public schools

Thursday, November 30, 2017 @ 1:01 PM | By Ian Burns

The Ontario Court of Appeal has upheld a lower court’s ruling that a school board in Hamilton did not violate a man’s rights when it declined to accommodate his request to shield his children from “false teachings” in the classroom.
