Two new associates for Hicks Morley

There are two new hires in Hicks Morley Hamilton Stewart Storie LLP’s Toronto office.

Sukhvinder Dulay is an associate in the pension, benefits and executive compensation group and Joseph Marcus has joined as a labour and employment associate.

Dulay will work with clients on pension plan administration and governance issues, plan mergers, corporate transactions and member communications. She will also offer advice on tax issues related to compensation and benefits. Dulay brings experience working in the public service and at a consulting firm to her practice.

Marcus will provide advice and representation to public and private sector employers on labour relations and employment law issues. Before joining Hicks Morley, he was a litigation associate in a national full-service firm.

Marcus also served as a senior policy adviser to Ontario’s Ministry of Education, advising on policy development, labour relations and public sector governance.
