Mark V. Lewis has joined Bennett Jones LLP as a partner in its real estate practce.

Based in the Vancouver office, Lewis works in the areas of real estate transactions and development, and commercial financing transactions — with a focus on urban mixed-use, seniors living and recreational resort projects, infrastructure development and construction financing transactions.
Lewis is a frequent speaker and writer on real estate transaction and development issues for the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia, which is an organization he regularly volunteers with. He is also a director of the Urban Development Institute Pacific Region.
“Mark has worked on projects for owners, developers, operators and lenders in Vancouver for the past 20 years as the city’s commercial real estate market saw dramatic growth in size and in complexity,” said Hugh MacKinnon, chairman and chief executive officer of Bennett Jones.
