KPMG Law LLP has signed what it is calling a “marketing deal” with Immidart Technologies LLP.

Based in Bangalore, India, Immidart is a subsidiary of the TTK Group. It provides software to companies looking to manage the immigration processes of their international employee pool.

The agreement will see KPMG Law provide legal services to support Immidart’s technology solutions.

“The alliance offers an exceptional opportunity to leverage cross-border strategies with a leading edge delivery platform. Clients will receive comprehensive legal advice and experience greater efficiencies with reduced costs,” said Howard Greenberg, Canadian national practice leader, immigration, for KPMG Law In Canada.

“In an increasingly global marketplace layered with complex regulatory requirements, our alliance provides an end-to-end cross-border mobility solution designed specifically with the client's business needs in mind. Developing forward-looking legal strategies supported by digital solutions to address the current cross border climate reflects our commitment to finding innovative solutions for our clients,” said Greg Wiebe, KPMG in Canada’s Canadian managing partner, tax.
