Federal court dismisses NFL, Bell’s appeal over Super Bowl ad policy

The Federal Court of Appeal has dismissed an appeal brought by the National Football League (NFL) and Bell Media over a regulatory decision that prohibits the substitution of American ads for Canadian ones during the Super Bowl.

In Bell Canada and Bell Media Inc. v.
