Federal Court of Appeal decision may lead to changes at border: lawyer

The Federal Court of Appeal has ruled in favour of a man who argued several thousand dollars were improperly seized from him by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), a decision the man’s lawyer says could lead to changes in how people who express a desire not to enter Canada are treated by federal officials.
