No timeline in place for development of licence for Ontario paralegals to work in family law

At their final Convocation in 2017, Ontario law society benchers approved a six-point action plan to tackle the access to justice crises being felt in family law across the province. Part of the plan included establishing a licence for non-lawyers to offer family law services. So far no timeline has been set for the development of that licence.
