Pascale Nolin is the newest justice on the Superior Court of Quebec.

Justice Nolin, a partner at Robinson Sheppard Shapiro, S.E.N.C.R.L. practised family law and human rights law with the firm. Before that, she was with Byers Casgrain (now Dentons Canada) where she specialized in civil and commercial litigation. Justice Nolin has frequently appeared before the Superior Court of Quebec and the Quebec Court of Appeal.

Justice Nolin is the outgoing president of the Bar of Montreal’s family law liaison committee with the Superior Court. Additionally, she has lectured extensively on family law topics for the Canadian Bar Association, the Barreau du Québec, and the National Judicial Institute. Justice Nolin also served as administrator and treasurer of the Charles Coderre Foundation, an organization devoted to the advancement of social and family law in Quebec.

Justice Nolin was assigned to the Montreal district, replacing Justice Louis Lacoursière, who elected supernumerary status effective Dec. 12, 2017.
