Dentons names new corporate group partner

Working in Toronto as part of the firm’s corporate group, Sabusco practises corporate and securities law, with a specific focus on private and public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions.

He has experience advising public and private clients about corporate takeovers and reverse takeovers, and other corporate restructuring transactions, such as significant acquisitions and dispositions of assets and joint ventures. In his practice, Sabusco has acted for both issuers and investment dealers in Canadian, cross-border and international transactions. Sabusco also has expertise dealing with stock exchange listings, securities regulatory compliance, continuous disclosure obligations, corporate governance and general corporate matters. His clients have originated from many sectors, including including mining and natural resources, technology, financial, marketing, food and beverage and health and wellness industries.
