Vancouver firm expands to Toronto

Recent changes to its business have created a new name and a new office for the Vancouver firm formerly known as Singleton Urquhart LLP.

With the addition of a Toronto location, headed by partners and construction lawyers Sharon Vogel and Bruce Reynolds, the firm has evolved into Singleton Urquhart Reynolds Vogel LLP and will operate as Singleton Reynolds.

Also part of the new Toronto team are construction and infrastructure practice group associate James Little and associate counsel in the commercial litigation practice Peter Wardle.

The goal of the new firm will be to handle complex construction cases and to develop public policy that will have significant impact on the construction industry, but it will also continue to serve clients with commercial real estate, corporate commercial, insurance defence, professional liability, product liability, workplace law and business immigration matters.

“We are very excited about this next step in our firm’s history," said managing partner and founder John Singleton.

“The addition of this highly experienced team in Toronto means we have deepened our bench strength both nationally and internationally within the construction and infrastructure sectors, as well as added significant experience to our commercial litigation practice.”
