Stewart McKelvey adds P.E.I. associates

Two associates have joined Stewart McKelvey’s Charlottetown branch. They are Justin Milne and Michael Fleischmann.
Milne, who clerked at both the Federal Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia, has a practice that includes administrative, family, criminal, equality and human rights law.
Fleischmann focuses on litigation, insurance, professional liability and administrative law issues. He has done work on franchise law and obtained a declaration for statutory rescission on behalf of a franchisee from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and successfully resisted the franchisor’s appeal to the Ontario Court of Appeal.
