Paul Schabas, treasurer of the Law Society of Ontario, has an interesting justification for Ryerson’s proposed law school, which was approved by the LSO last week: students from Ontario are heading to the United Kingdom and other countries to study Canadian law, so there’s a demand from students for a new law school in this province.
